Where are the flies coming from and how do I grasp rid of them?!!?

In my office (in the attic, which be converted to a bedroom years ago, of my house), there are 3-5 flies each day on the inside of my windows. Sometimes an occasional ladybug appears also. It's the motionless of winter in NJ in a minute but this has be going on for over a year. The flies vary within size and color. I have checked adjectives the crawl spaces for dead anything, sprayed bug spray, kept the window closed in the summer time. There is nil in here but me, the computer, my department books, stored clothes (in sealed plastic bins) and these damned flies. They are never anywhere else contained by the house. I don't eat surrounded by here so there is single paper debris. I'm started to go insane. PLEASE HELP!
