What is the most important factor in preparing your house to sell?
That being said, what is the most important thing (inside is completely renovated) that I should do to entice a buyer to want to look inside?

Number one thing, clean and clutter. Really de-clutter to the extent that it may be difficult for you to continue living in. Nothing on the counters, shelves with only a few items, no magazines or mail lying around, minimal pictures hanging or sitting around, just a few to make it look homey. Put remotes in drawers. Always have the beds made well. Closets should be thinned down to just bare necessities, so they show space. Everything needs to be packed for the move anyhow. Store packed boxes neatly in garage or storage. Cleaning includes toothpaste and water marks around the bathroom sinks, no dirty clothes visible, swept clean entry way(inside and out), toilets flushed with lids closed and a full toilet paper roll. Dust! Dust! Dust! Clean all mirrors and glass as much as possible. Clean the ovens and the stove tops, and inside the microwave. Clean up after the pets(inside and out, toys, dishes and pooh). Same for kids stuff/rooms. Use some plug in type room deodorizers in each room. Lastly, plant a couple of colorful flowers right at the porch, in pots or in the ground. Put a fresh bouquet of flowers in a prominent place in the house(dining table, family room, entry table). The place needs to look like a home, but like your ready to move out tomorrow, even though it would 30-60 days of escrow. Good Luck!

Curb appeal is a huge factor and making the house stand out from the others. Bright flowers, nice paint, maybe a nice bench or swing on the porch, etc. And once you get them inside, do not have everything cluttered. Make your space as open as possible. And do not stuff everything into closets or cupboards because they do get open. Allow as much light as possible in your home. The bigger the home looks the more positive the outcome! Mirrors tend to give a room a more larger appearance. Good luck!
Curb appeal obviously. If they don't like the outside, they won't come inside.
Cleanliness. They want to imagine their home is clean, make sure you show them a clean house.
Try to remove anything personal, like pictures, awards, etc. You are trying to let them imagine it's their home. It's hard to do with your picture of Nanny, next to Jesus, and your bowling trophy from 3 years ago.
Clean everything!
I'm going to have to go with curb appeal too. Drive around and look at houses for sale. Why do you like some and not others? Would you even bother to look inside a house that had no curb appeal?
Watch HGTV.preparing your home is an art =) If you have to rent a storage facility to declutter, that is the most imporant thing, you want your rooms to look bigger and open, makes the home show bigger and better.

First, it's curb appeal.
Second, let the buyer see the potential of their furture home...in other words clear the clutter so they can imagine what the place would look like with their stuff.
A fresh coat of paint can do wonders...
One of the main points our Realtor provided to us was to make certain the inside of the house is nice and bright! This means painting the walls so they are a light but neutral color like beige. You should have window treatments that let in a lot of sunlight. And of course everything should be out of sight if at all possible.
That means no clothes in the hamper, put away all of the soap and toothpaste on the sink, no boxes piled against the walls, etc. Surprisingly, the garage must be clean and tidy because this is either the first or the last thing they see when looking at the house.
As mentioned depersonalize as much as possible to the extent of removing family photos.Show off the lighting fixtures even in day light, cooling fans etc.Leave all the trash items with family.
The smell of homemade bread in the oven works a treat.
