Having a hard time with the company who install my unit, need some question answer please help

check on your warranty,there address will be there ,i think its allways best to write to them,your more likly to get a reply with the personall aproach,rather than an email,or try phoning,but i allways only deal with the head office,and dont let them push you around,Frigidare are usally very good company to deal with.
