how to deal with annoying neighbours????

im not a police phoner but sometimes i just want to smash my neighbours windows to get to him like hes getting to me. if i did that id get jailed but i know people who know people that can do stuff. my neighbour has bought his house in a street that isnt rough but rundown council area and he thinks hes "it". moaning day by day, dont think im mean or anything weve all been there, alot of guys in my street want to annoy him back but whats a more better way than "sinester"?

best thing to do is just talk to him. If he isn't reasonable then you should call the police, your stress and the stress of others can effect your lives and jobs in the end. So something should be done.

Sometimes doing what no one expect works best.And by that I,mean just kill them with kindness! When they get to your nerves turn the tables around and be soooooooooooo nice that they have to wonder ,what the heck you are really up too. After they have been on your nerves just ask they since they have been so mean ,Do you feel better now that you have taken your bad mood from yourself to me ,I,do hope so,walk away,let them think about that for awhile !
