If moving into a furnished flat what should i expect at the very least for a 3 bedroom flat?
Answers:
If it is 'fully' furnished, you should be able to move in with a suitcase of clothes, towels and bedding. It should have beds, storage, something to sit on, a table, a cooker, probably fridge/freezer, pots/pans/cutlery/crockery, curtains, all the basics. You won't get consumer electrical stuff (tv, stereo etc...).
ALWAYS double check, because furnished doesn't always mean fully furnished. But even part furnished should have all the main furniture items and a cooker.
Other answers:
basic furnishing usually consits of sofa, beds and white goods. depending on the landlord you may get a couple of shelfs. a tv is not usually included in furnising but as your saving money on sofas and beds you could get a nice flat screen.
i know cuz i recently moved in to a flat and did a lot of research before.
good luck on your new place

Hopefully you won't get a flat while moving there;) LOL
3 bedrooms!
Oh yes...
All in a flat.
I think some more detail could help.
Are you renting, selling, buying, asking how much to pay, to charge or how much furniture you'll need?
Is it a swop, part exchange, tax write off, loss leader or lost cause?
Are you in Bromley, Birmingham, Bridgend, Brighton, Bradford or the Brecon Beacons?
Is it close to the shops, the sea, the busses, the schools, the neighbours, the local city farm or sewage refinery?
City, rural, suburban, greenbelt or brownfileld?
Is it new, old, well-built, tatty, do'er up'er or a start again from scratch'er.
And are the neighbours a right royal pain in the backside?
