oil central heating?
Answers:
Depends on where you live, and what season it is when you refill the tank.
Here's a spot index for price in cents per gallon:
Oct--Nov-DEC--Jan--Feb-march-A... i went from oil to propane and wound up paying 299.00 ,,,,,,,,better yes. oil goes up as the winter heating season goes on. propane stayed the same.......oil is at over 2;56 a gallon, it all so freezes.so you need to put gas line anti-freeze in your tanks.pay the company's to clean your lines going into the furnace.due to slugh build up. if you have friends with oil.ask about these problems....... but from experience i like propane,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Anything now day is high but to actually answer ur question ... I have never dealt with oil central heating just central heating .. something new to me altogether.

Auto-Gas and oil are going to hit $5.00 or more a gallon before the end of this year. Natural Gas will be right behind it.
