Does this shed obligation a cement foundation?

Answers:    No, I don't think it is a requirement, but if you can afford it, dance ahead and have a concrete slab poured to put it on. Make sure that's definitely where you want it though. Once the concrete is rock-hard there's no turning back.
If cost is an issue, you can build a plywood floor. Use 4x4 lumber and 3/4 inch plywood.
Usually you don't entail it. Besides, it would cost a lot. When I built mine I newly used 4" X 4" footers (on 2' X 2' centers) to place the floor joists on. One case of quikcrete per footing. It has be very stable for the recent past four years.
