Any source of a sprayable onto utensils interiors of a non-stick coating.?

My treasured electric rice cooker is losing its non stick coating. A shame to chuck it away for that. Any assistance to get a teflon type spray.

I would just chuck it. Teflon is toxic and if it is coming off, it's ending up in your food. There are better non-stick rice cookers on the market now. Glass is good, but I have a plastic rice steamer that works much better than any other cooker.
