Is near any style to deter or repel Indian Minah birds from inhabiting my pergola ?

I don't want to trap them, so I'm looking for ways to repel them so that they don't poop everywhere and mess up my property.


Answers:    I don't know whether this really works, or works with myna birds, but a friend of mine claims to be capable of repel birds from an overhang in his balcony by putting 3 foot rubber snakes in the eaves. Perhaps an impressions cobra would be effective for Indian mynas.
