Answers: have you tried chitchat to your mom about that? I don`t know if she knew you feel unsafe in that neighborhood she would consider moving to a different cog of town or something. try talking to her sensibly about it and intention with her.

If you're over 18 next you can do what you want providing you have the funds.
If its really impossible and you are under 18 you can profile for emancipation but that's not as glamourous as it sounds.
If you have a feeling truly unsafe and your mother will not address your concerns, you can contact CPS.
You didn't state you age so I'm guessing you're a minor. Unfortunately, what you mom says go, even if her answer is unreasonable. She must have reason why she won't. Perhaps they are financially based? She really should embezzle your safety into consideration as capably as her own. Please sit down and have a valid conversation with her roughly speaking this.
I have no impression how old are you, but it seem to me that you need to gossip to your mom ( if you have not done so however ) and tell her the route you feel roughly you guys been immobilize in that neighborhood, later if you are old plenty I think you can lug the decision for your self and move out, support your self and draw from going, if you both are adults you both are able to opt what you thinks is best, so suitable luck !!!
** also do you have any other family circle members that can facilitate you out truing to convince your mom to move or even helping you moving out of there to a safer place beside them even if it is temporarily until you get on your own
