Can blood, after it's dried, be removed from cement?

I'm building my house with volunteers and one person hit their nail bad and bleed on the basement floor. Didn't know about it until a few days later. What can be used to remove it? If possible.

Answers:
a little kitty litter and a foot. pour kitty litter over the spot and rub it in well with your foot and sweep. Shot myself by accident with my nail gun while framing a basement for a customer and it worked like a charm.

Cold water. Avoid using hot liquids.
Use something that breaks down protein like a meat tenderizer and water.
Pour full strength peroxide from the pharmacy on it see what happens. Very inexpensive and non-hazardous way to try.
Bleach may take it up, or try oxy-clean!
there is a cleaner made for that it's made by the same company that makes engine cleaner
find an enzyme like fibrinogenase

look for this ingredient somewhere, research it on the net, it will remove blood completely
I believe that bleach breaks down blood, wear gloves and use bleach and a scrub brush and it should come out!
I found this on a concrete FAQ website:

To remove blood stains, for example, wet the stains with water and cover them with a layer of sodium peroxide powder; let stand for a few minutes, rinse with water and scrub vigorously. Follow with the application of a 5 percent solution of vinegar to neutralize any remaining sodium peroxide.

Good luck
try this stuff called oops, it get out lots of stains you would not think you could get out...on material you can use peroxide...but i do not know for sure if you can get all of it out.. if the sun has dried it real hard you may have a job on your hands...also try bleach and heavy duty cleaner and scrub....best that i can think of...
