Well, I know how that goes. Siblings...ugh. enough said. I have a 7 year old brother. The most you can do is like...tell them you'll tell mommy and daddy. Most of the time you'll get in trouble for punishing them yourself...I've learned that!

i also had the same prob too but still don't know what to do...they lives in the same roof, everyday i met them and the war began..not me but it was my 2nd bro with my 3rd sis and my lil bro,i'm the first one..i could not study with this chaos condition .i told my mom about it,but she didn't take any action..**** happens everyday
i would ignore him, because the more i get annoyed and then eventually get pissed off the more he gets the urge to annoy me. Just act like you don't hear or see anything, he would definitely stop annoying you.
I am an oldest child, my husband is a youngest child... It took a few years for me to figure out that by the time you become annoyed, your sibling has already won 'the game' as it were... you see, s/he is bored, game on, poke poke poke, annoy you, game over... Sometimes it is better to invest a little time (play card/vid/board game). In the long run, that is really what memories are made of...but, then again, so is locking your door, I guess... It's your scrapbook!
