hi can anyone tell me the name of agnat with white spots as it has envaded my garden and would like more info?

Whiteflies. Put a handful of cigarette butts in a jar of water, let it sit in the sun a while until it looks like tea, strain it and add a few drops of dish soap. Spray it on the plants thoroughly every few days. It won't hurt the flowers or fruit, and should keep the pests away.

You could try to Seven Dust your garden and see if this helps. Often times it will kill what you are having trouble with.
Also, a solution of soapy water applied to the leaves will repell any pests.
