Repotting orchids, I hold 2 shop bought orchids, category you grasp within the supermarket, I involve to know how to repot?

they have roots growing out over the top of the pot, they enjoy flowered at least 3 times respectively since I had them give or take a few a year ago (which I wasn't expecting) They're in a concerned of woody substance but I don't think, any soil.
Should I try and put them surrounded by a bigger pot and cover up the new roots, and if so what soil/wood should I use.
I tend to forget to river them but try and spray them about once a week, at the moment they are living on the kitchen porthole sill.
Any help will be appreciated.

They made their on potting mix but I bought mine at Lowe's-it's for orchids. It was a intensely informative program.
