The price of a can of bee or wasp or hornet killer. Apply it at night, when the bees are home, and asleep, and run away. You'll have to remove the siding for a clean shot too i bet. Or you can look at the website i found for you.

we have a guy that raises bees for the honey, and he goes and removes them for free. look under bee's or honey producers in the phone book. or call a florest or a county extention office and ask them. the state wildlife bureau would know for sure.

Spray the nest with ether itll kill the bees
If it is bee's, you might be able to just call a honey dealer and see if they want them.... (they will be happy to have them and it won't cost you a thing...)
Had this issue come up before and we didn't want to kill the bees off. My friends dad raises bees, so find someone who keeps bees and ask if they can get them out. The main concern a beekeeper will have is if the hive has bred with "the killer type bees" and mutated into a more agressive type. Some beekeepers won't care and might come get them. There is a shortage of honey bees in the US anyway, because some imported bees several years ago had some kind of mites that killed off a huge bunch of our native honey bees. Most beekeepers either won't charge, or won't charge much.
