Aloe plant?
Answers:
Aloe plants are designed to live in a dry climate, so they don't need very much water. The best way to tell is to see if the soil is dry. If it is give it a little water.

Like most plants it depends on the amount of sun and type of pot, an unglazed pot will pull water away from the plant roots. Typically a thorough wetting, without soaking, once a week is plenty as they are usually not a full sun plant.

I have several Aloe plants around my patio and never water them. If you have one inside just check the soil once in a while and give it a little water. Aloe plants do very well in semi-arid areas. I live in south Texas where rain is a rare commodity.
