Answers:
Contact Hoffman's Patterns of the Past in Princeton, Illinois. If you can visit the place, all the better. Ask for Jyl. It is her family's business and she has run the place for many years and is a wealth of knowledge. They ship dishes all over the world...very vintage stuff and their stock is amazing. They can be reached at : 513 South Main Street, Princeton, Il 61356 or phone at 815/875-1944. Good luck. I doubt if you will be disappointed.

none of those pieces has recently shown up or sold on eBay, but plates are going for about $10, and $31 for a covered casserole
if it is a current pattern, you can get replacement values by contacting a major china shop or searching online.
my best guess for resale value of all would be about $50-$60 high end if current pattern, up to $75 if discontinued.
replacement (retail) value if current patter might total as much as $175-$200.
