count your calories - less than 1500 per day and you will lose weight, guaranteed. no gimmicks, no easy way out, just do the math.
eating healthy food is a bonus health-wise, but the calories are how to lose. count every single thing you eat, add it up, don't go over. it's not hard, just a habit you have to get into. buy a little notebook and keep track every day.
exercise is another bonus, but don't add calories just because you worked out.
1500 per day or less - it will work.
i looked at your other questions, and you stated that you were 89 pounds. how old are you and how tall? because 89 pounds is not fat!
I would REALLY consider getting the book called "The Weigh Down Diet" by Gwen Shamblin. Gwen is a Christian woman and she explains how to lose weight according to what the Bible says. I don't know how you are religiously, but you don't have to be a Christian to understand her book because she explains everything scientifically too. It's a wonderful book! (and once you read it, you'll understand why this isn't a "diet" book even though the word is in the name)
