You can dry them in the sun, or get a food dryer. They are fairly cheep and work good.

The easy way, put them in the legs of old pantyhose, hang in the garage for 3-4 months
Hang them upside down out side in the sun,it takes awhile but it works.
They need plenty of air around them so they don't get mouldy, an airing cupboard works. Hang them upside down.
But freezing is better; just open freeze on a tray. When they're frozen put them in a bag and tap it with a rolling pin; this will chop them up. You can have the flavour of fresh herbs all winter.
Remove dead leaves, stems & rinse. Tie stems together & suspend them upside down in a small brown paper bag. Cut a few holes in the bag so the moisture can escape. Hang in open air well-ventilated area 5 to 10 days.
I made a screen to put the ?? on-- just a piece of window screen with sides. I dry celery tops and insides to use with chicken pot pie or chicken and dumplings--
Wash, spread out on the screen, place on top of frig- using cans under each corner-- will be dry in 24-36 hours-- believe it's the heat put out by the frig-- and of course the de-humidification by the a/c. Works.
