Need information: White Lily Flour Dutch Silver Baby Spoons?

Does anyone have any information about some small baby or demitasse silver plated spoons with Dutch Windmills, Dutch Man/Woman on the end of the handles stamped White Lily Flour Co. on the backs? Especially wondering when they were made and whether or not they came in the flour or had to be ordered from White Lily Flour Company?
