What is the difference between a conventional oven and a covectional oven?

A conventional oven is just a regular oven that is in your stove.

A convection oven is one that has a fan blowing air around inside, so that food cooks faster.

a convection oven cooks with blasted heat from air convention oven is just dry heat
Basically, a conventional oven used direct heat, a convection oven uses circulating hot air.
A convection oven uses a fan to circulate hot air rather than just using heating elements to cook the food. A combination is best so that you have a choice when baking and roasting.
A conventional oven is your standard oven and a convection air oven has a fan blowing the heat around for even cooking. I think the convection air oven baking is tastier. I would look for durability.
