A bathroom rug ordered online a few months ago is coming apart on the side seam, what can I do ?

It is from the Bora Bora collection and my local store is out of any of that collection.

Answers:
Call or e-mail the customer service department of the company who sold it to you. They will likely replace it or refund your money.

Good luck with your problem.

Other answers:
Send it back and have your credit card money reversed! Call and let them know how shabby!

Call or email the company and let them know. Good companies will replace it at no charge.

Sometimes you need to push them a bit to get them to do the right thing so if they balk at first, ask for a manager.
A few months ago - you'll probably get no help from where you purchased it - take it to a carpet "binding" location and have them re-bind it for you, or ask a friend that has a "heavy duty" sewing machine to re-sew it for you - or better yet, take it to a Cleaners/Repair shop (one that can repair like bluejean tears) - they have the needles that can handle that kind of fabric
