Too vague of a question. There is no one best place.

Well, if you like horses, the best place is Kentucky. If you like the opera, you'd probably like New York. The best place for one person is the worst place for another.

It depends entirely on you and what you like.

America is just the greatest place on earth. It's full of different cultures, scenery & climates. Depending on what you like depends on where you'd like to live here. If you love the country theres Oklahoma, which is MY #1 choice. Or Texas but alot of the people are snotty and most of the state doesn't get snow but there is some beautiful places there. Montana is a beautiful area and you can enjoy every season to the fullest.
You just have to know what you like as in culture, scenery, climates, people, town activities and size.
I'm a small town girl, I love the country and nice people and I don't like alot of culture shock.
YOU?
Depends what you like. City or country?
Miami beach. And I am not talking about the beach, but the area.
That is if you like the sun, sand, water, night life, good food, pretty people, but still pretty laid back life style.

If that is what you are looking for. It is not for everyone.
I don't know where the "best place to live is" but I do know where the worst place is. Tornado alley Oklahoma! No, really i think the great place would be Williams Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, or maybe Oregon.
