how to solve a roofing problem where bats are part of the problem?

Shoot the bats with a pellet gun and if you are having all those other problems with your roof then it sounds like you need a new roof because those are the things that a roof is supposed to protect you from.

LOL, if a roof doesn't keep out birds and rodents and does not protect you from the weather then why not just sleep under the stars?
