roaches wont die?

how do you get rid of them when they wont die?
We have bombed our home 3 times (with enuf bombs it should have been over kill) and spray every time we see one and go around everything in the house with spray and they just wont die!
(and yes we have rotated pesticides)
my husband aunt stayed with us for a few weeks and when she left she left her "pets" with us and we dont want them anymore
we have 3 small children and one on the way and i dont feel safe spraying anymore. (im scared this kid will come out with 3 heads and 6 arms or something)
it seems like every time we bomb they increase in numbers
and yes i keep my home clean! unless you count the endless supply of roaches?
HELP!

Answers:
Find a insect eating pet you can live with......lizards, garden snakes, etc. I know it sounds weird but they are non-venomous and once the food supply runs out ( roaches ) they will leave too. I know we noticed a "problem" coming from a neighbors house and I would see roaches on my patio, well a half dozen geckos and a few toads did the trick now all I see on my patio is some fat happy toads and geckos.

try putting vinegar where you are seeing them, pour a little along the base boards and what not. Bugs hate the smell of it, and it probably will work for roaches to.
I agree with the others--time for pro's--some of them even have u set up on a schedule for visits every so often (3-4 months)
Do not leave food crumbs in the bedrooms. If your family is like mine,we like to eat in front of the t.v.. We seldom eat at the table except on special occassions.
Either we eat in the living room or each of us will take our plates to our bedrooms to watch our own shows while we eat. Now come the roaches. Roaches are scavengers and look for scraps. Don't leave anything on the stove overnite either.
maybe they have become used to the sprays and foggers. Ask a pest control compay to advise you and control the bugs for you. I know there's something you can put under the rug (don't know the name of it though). I use the roach traps (for just in case they are here and I don't know it). Usually older people when they get sick or can't clean up their home or apartment well, or they get cataracts adn can't see to clean up their place they get the roaches real bad, and then the roaches spread throughout an apartment complex so tough measures are warranted, and that's why we call the bug man on the in-between times, but he usually visits every other month.
Long time ago we were infested with cockroaches some one was told us about using Borax; it’s a power form of weak acid. Spread it along the walls when they walk on it suffocated them because they breathe through their legs in a couple of months later it wipe them all out.
Forget everthing you have ever used inthe past. Go to Walmart and get a tube or 2 of COMBAT GEL. You simply cut a hole in the end of the tube and squirt a line of it in every room of your home where you have seen a roach. Read the instructions to better understand, but I swear for about $7. you will end your roach problem forever. I will use it if I ever see a roach again, which I haven't and the ones in our rental home where huge with eggs sacks on them and everywhere. COMBAT GEL- THE BEST EVER!!!
