We had callas at out wedding this weekend and I would like to preserve my bouquet.

i couldn't find anything specific to calla lilies.

Generally, to keep fresh cut flowers looking their best, for as many days as possible:

you cut the stem about 1/3 to 1/2 inch UNDER WATER every day.
give them fresh water every day. Strip off any leaves that would be all or partly underwater.

Of course, i also don't know if what you meant was how to dry and preserve the flowers.
