my land lady is on my back about various nit picking infractions . what can i do about it? i'm serious.?

she's a woman it's in their nature to nagg. Get used to it ur gonna be hearing it from some woman for the rest of ur life. If that doesn't work shoot ur self and get it over while ur still young, "assumption" and just kidding on the kill ur self thing.

Well that depends. Are her complaints warranted or is she being malicious? If they are warranted, stop/fix the problem. If they are malicious, pursue legal options.
well you used the word infractions which mean pural (more than one) so i say do some things and she will get off your back if not happy house hunting
