trying to get rid of mould on walls where there has been a lot of condensation in the room, any suggestions?

trying to add value to property before selling and would welcome any suggestions

Answers:
Use a pump type garden sprayer with 50/50 solution of bleach and water.Soak the walls and wait several hours, repeat as needed.

Other answers:
rub and scrap off mould first then paint the wall with under coat paint and then emulsion over top when it has dried this will last a while and is cheap and easy to do.

replace them
Buy a low-cost dehumidifier (electric) plus it in and forget about condensation for ever more - when you sell the house take the dehumidifier with you - we wouldn't be without ours ever.
Use warm water and bleach as this will kill of the mould. If you are still worried, paint a layer of damp-proofing paint across the affected area and repaint in the colour of the room. As long as it is not actually a case of damp within the wall itself, there isnt really anything to worry about, as the damage is only cosmetic.
leave your windows open.
I agree with all Lauren s says and then use 2 coats of undercoat before applying topcoat, keep the room aired as much as possible when applying damp proofing coz it smells strong..
I use DETTOX MOULD AND MILDEW REMOVER. Comes in a spray bottle. Potent stuff, spray on, leave, wipe or shower off. It works really well in my shower which periodically becomes covered in the black furry stuff. Yuk.
I have used bleach and a portable heater
I live in a warm climate and this is very common. Try washing walls first with strong bleach/water solution then wash again with sugar soap when walls are dry.
YES....use some bleach in your water when initially washing the walls, it would then be advisory to invest in a de-humidifier for further preventation of mould build-up!
Honestly, I would get the mold tested first. It could be toxic. You don't need that and neither do the new buyers. My mother had her roof replaced and the guy did a bad job. mold got into the insulation. she is dead now and I have Sarcoidosis. I found out this because she would get sick, go to the hospital and come to my house to recover and every time I sent her home seemingly better she would have a relapse. Finally had house tested and it was positive for black toxic mold. The stuff can spread everywhere. As a real estate agent I can tell you you would need to disclose that it was there and that you did not know what it was if toy did not have it tested because later it could come back to bite you if someone bought the place and someone got sick. call in a mold specialist. for your own safety as well as others! They can dispose of it properly if its toxic!
