Anyone live in an apt managed by CPM in Manchester (UK)?

What are they like? What's the state of the building?

I have been living in a flat in london managed by CPM. They clean the communal areas once a week and also the ouside of the windows twice a year. Other than that all they seem to do is to charge us for things that dont exist. I noticed 'maintenance of the gym equipment on my last statement' - There isnt a gym! They have recently been pushed out by residents that have gone against them. I dont think they are terrible but it would put me off buying a place if they managed it.
