Refrigerator, which is probably a good thing, because if you ever had to move it around to turn it on or off, that would be a workout like you wouldn't believe. Have a good day.

My Wireless Router has no on-off switch. It plugs directly into the wall and just sits there flashing it's lights 24 hours a day. Is it something like that?
Mind you....... our bodies contain electricity.....

Manual Grinder
My George Foreman Grill - just plug it in and it's on; unplug and it's off.
Toaster, george foreman grill, refrigerator....
Nearly every one of those appliances has an on and off switch at the wall so they don't count. In reality anything that is electric must have an on and off switch.
Most of the answers above are for appliances that have an on/off switch on the wall.
Four that don't are:
A battery-powered smoke alarm
An alarm clock
A bog standard, no-frills telephone (it draws its power to make the ringing sound down the line)
Some electric towel rails (the one in my previous flat could only be switched off by unplugging it at the mains fuse box)
fridge
