When & how do I eliminate spiders and pincher bugs from my house for the summer?
Answers:
One more time- put out a couple hummingbird feeders. Hummers consume masses of baby spiders. I never use poisons-- just natural solutions. Hummers need sugar to sustain energy, but they eat enormous amounts of spiders to get their protein. (They also use bits of spider webs to build their nests.) Encourage the hummers and they will discourage the spiders. PLUS, you get to watch the little guys play!

call an exterminator. that would be the best way to know when and how to get rid of them.

It's hard to eliminate them, but we use boric acid around the perimeter of the house for the pinchers. We get a lot of those, especially in the bathroom. You still might find one here or there.
Spiders, I'm not sure about. We don't have that problem.
Good Luck!!
Buy a bugs pray and pray it where you see a bug and it will
die in a snap.
I use the same product that most pest control companies use - Ficam-w. I like this insecticide alot because it is odorless, safe after it dries and safe to use in food areas. Most restaurants use this product as well. Most any professional lawn and garden supplier will carry it.
Raid makes a "bug bomb" which you set off in the house at various locations based on the floor area and it fills the house with a gas that kills off the bugs / spiders and such. We did this to our basement and first floor and lived spider free for two years.
Starting in mid spring to early summer spray every day a mixture of vinegar, garlic, citronella, and tea-tree oil with a dash of lavender for a nicer aroma. Spray on all areas you seem to get the bug. The bugs will stay away from those area in your house all summer. Providing you do it everyday.
