Does the curb within front of my house belong to the city, Or the owner of our house?

I was lately wondering, if the curb in front of my house belongs to the woman who owns our house or the city, We rent our house, and I was be wondering, Because I wanna know before I wax our curb to skate it. and find out that she owns it and her grasp pissed at us


Answers:    Probably the city. But if it was dilapidated, she could be liable and have to compensate a fine or a lien would be put against her property. Then she'll be even MORE pissed than if she owned it!
the curb is on city property as is the parking grass but it is the land owner profession to do the normal up hang on to if the curb is damaged the city will repair it as they carry to it mabe in this duration time mabe not
