Does the curb within front of my house belong to the city, Or the owner of our house?
Answers: Probably the city. But if it was dilapidated, she could be liable and have to compensate a fine or a lien would be put against her property. Then she'll be even MORE pissed than if she owned it!
the curb is on city property as is the parking grass but it is the land owner profession to do the normal up hang on to if the curb is damaged the city will repair it as they carry to it mabe in this duration time mabe not

Well, only the city or your landlady would know for sure. If it is owned by the city or your landlady, single a lot map could articulate. Even if it's the city, the landlady is liable to keep the sidewalk and curb contained by a safe condition. Waxing a curb is asking for trouble.
