LOTS of bouncy things, those softball sized plastic balls good, lots of brightly colored mobiles
1st Aid Kit on high shelf.
Panic Alarm to get assistance in case of emergency, medical or otherwise.
Maybe video camera to allow parents to watch without distrubing child playing.
