How do you deal with noisy / nosy neighbors?

Well, if they have a dog that only knows how to bark and growl, call the non emergency police line in your town and report them a few times. If they are constantly making noise with parties and such - same thing. Eventually you will need to go to court or move.
Now if they are nosy- that is easy. People hate to be ignored,so do that. It works for me 99.9 percent of the time.

First, talk to them, tell them that they are annoying and that you don't want to have them in your personal business.
If you can't come to an understanding of that, then just do things to modify your own privacy..for example...get darker curtains in your windows.
Second, if that doesnt work and it gets worse make a statement with the police.
Thirdly..if it gets that bad...either A..get a nasty dog that doesn't like your naeighbors or B. just cut it as a loss and move...far away.
i will just gave them a warning first , if they still don`t want 2 listen 2 me , i`m gonna tell them 2 shut the hell up !!
hey, its me agian, tumbletot23! Whats up? lol! ok back to ur question! UM...I would confront them and ask them why they are being so loud and work together to find a solution! Calmly talking always helps! (trust me, I'm oppisite of calm but u gotta try! LOL) If they are nosey and u don't want to share whatever it is they are asking, just tell them u don't feel comfortable sharing that with others! If they continously keep bugging you, use a small bit of force and tell them to back off! LOL! try not to b too rude though! Just let them know how you feel, and hopefully they will stop!

I would invite them over. Show them your house--give them a tour. Tell them when you're having a party--maybe invite them--and tell them who is coming. Eventually, they will see that you live a pretty boring life, and maybe they won't be interested anymore.
Okay, what you do is find out who they are. If they're college kids call the cops and throw a couple beer cans in their yard, someone's bound to be underage. If they're foreign, call INS, have you listened to the news? If they're old, then give them brochures about prunes and Matlock, you'll keep them busy with keeping quiet all day long. All in all, if you have noisy neighbors, egg their house a couple times or pay homeless people to live in their yard and then call the cops. Whatever you do, good luck and Godspeed.

Go and talk to them, compromise with the neighbors. (Like ask them to quiet at a certain time.) if they are just being a holes then tell them that you are going to include the city officials.
But noisy like how? Loud music? Parting til wee hours in morning? Dogs barking?
Or just go over there and party harty with your neighbors on occasion. Don't burn bridges with neighbors. You might be stuck with them for a long time. Who wants to live in hell?

I had the same problem but I used a little weird way to get them to stop.
First off I started to lay out in my yard naked (they were the only ones that could see my yard) then would dress before the police would come and deny everything then I took a bunch of my pants and shirts and placed them in a black garbage bag, (large enough for a dead body) then dug a hole in the middle of the night and put it in and covered it up, well when the police came to investigate and dug it up I simply told them I was getting ready for hunting season and was getting my clothing ready so I would not give off an odor the deer would avoid, then I asked the police to tell the neighbors to keep there noses out of my business which made it legal and they could not call the police about anything again. Strange but it worked!
A friend of mine put up signs that said to keep you noses out of my business which also worked because they were visible to the neighbors guests and then they would have to explain why they were put up, very embarrassing.
