Heavily sprinkle Boraxo or boric acid from hardware store or pharmacy. To prevent home invasion, place dryer sheets held down with rocks or sand right outside each entry point,--works marvelously!

pour ant poison in liquid form down the hill.
pour ant poison in liquid form down the hill.
get some of that ant and roach spray and spray the anthills
If the hills aren't in the grass, there's an old trick to drive the ants bonkers and probably die. Use a piece of chalk and draw a thick circle around the hill. They will have no place to go, but back in the hill, unless you destroy it.
This same trick is used to keep ants out of the house. For some reason, ants won't cross the chalk line.
Good luck
perisher sprayer
pour pesticides on top n around da hill
I don't know, I have the same problem.. but I am going to try the circle of chalk thing.. suggested by Dr. Phil is dead. ( is he)?? lol... sometimes the simpler things in life work best... good luck to us both...
ant spray or bleach.
soapy water
go to wal-mart and get some ant spary
Supposedly if you sprinkle corn meal around the hole, they will eat it and it sweels inside of them and kills them, don't know if it works but it's worth a shot.

We get a lot of ant hills in our walkway. The company that takes care of our lawn said for an environmentally safe approach, mix baking soda with icing sugar and liberally sprinkle on your ant hills. They are attracted to the sugar, and the baking soda makes them explode. Works really well, and doesn't cause cancer like pesticides!
Diazonon granules and grape jelly! It realy works. Put a blob of grape jelly on the hill and load it with diazonon granules (lowes or Home depot). also sprinkle the granules around the foundation of your home. I will be digested and taken into the ant hill and the colony will die. After it is innactive, shovel the excess dirt away and sprinkle more granules.
run over them
gas will work too
Get Red Pepper and pour on top of mound. Ants will take pepper down to queen and pepper kills the queen and therefore kills the colony.
