Has any one seen or heard of bright red Queen Anne's lace?Wehave one growing by our driveway.?

There is no red queen anne's lace. What you have, I am about 99% sure, is yarrow, or achillea. "Paprika" and "Summer Wine" are both red or burgundy varieties. Yarrow, especially the white varieties do look a lot like Queen Anne's lace.
