Am i entitled to a new tenancy agreement when the council has handed over the property to a housing associatio

are u in Herts by any chance!? they have just done the same thing....i didnt have to sign anything though, they just sent me a housing association pack stating any changes they were gonna make etc x

You then become a sitting tenant ...!if you are paid in full your own rent for that week or month. your name will come up on a council list.how long you have been there. if you are behind in rent they can evict you, with a notice warning. if you have a contract READ it.
