Do you think people put up yard signs saying “yard sale” so the garbage men don’t get confused?

And the last time I went to a "Garage Sale" the guy wouldn't sell me his garage can you friggin' believe that? I was so p'ed! It was a nice two car garage with shelves and everything. Why the heck did he put up that sign if he didn't wanna sell it? My attorney is making inquires.
And don't even get me stared on buying my neighbors yard.

No I don't think so at all, because the people who do that are have a sale in their yard. I have always made fun of the signs saying garage sale to which I reply " We already have a garage". If I want to get rid of stuff I just set it between the sidewalk and sreet and sit back a watch how fast it goes.

LOL... yes. On mothers day we were coming home from dinner out with family and saw a yard sale and my mom and I looked at each other and said: "Yep, she's not having a good day." :)
I think it's so the neighbors don't get confused,and report them for littering...
Mostly yes! More often than not I can't find a single dang thing that I would pay more than 50 cents for at a yard sale.

I put them up in all my neighbors' yards just to screw with them. The neighbors, not the garbage men. It makes the trash collectors' job easier, and confuses my neighbors. What more could the universe want?
