Our landlord keeps walking in our house?
He can't do this legally can he? I feel violated and like we don't have any privacy!
Answers:
I am not sure as to the state in which you live but I can give you this advise: I have managed apartments in the state of California and Oregon for a good twenty years, and without a 24 hour writ tin notice of intention to enter, this is illegal. Call the housing authority in your state, and they are the ones who can give you proper legal advice on this matter. Until then, tell your landlord you will not put up with his behavior. Hope this helps.

That's not a good situation. Have you confronted him? He is definitely not entitled to be able to come inside whenever he wants. Not that it will solve the problem, you may send a registered letter with delivery reciept officially revoking whatever authority he thinks you gave him to enter your home when you are out of the home or otherwise. Keep a copy as well as the deliver reciept in case the problem escalates further. If you already feel it's out of control, I wouldn't waste any time calling the police.

No it is not legal, he has to give you a 24 hour notice before entering your house.Call the landlord tenancy on him. Or put something at your door that will make it difficult to open, install your own doorbell, and send him the bill, or deduct it from your rent.
