Can our hotelier put a lock on the outside garden hose down hose faucet?? Is this officially recognized??
Answers: only if he is paying the hose down bill and you aren't paying any at all.However if your hose down is included in your rent, later he can't legally do this. If you enjoy an argument with him over it though, he may ask you to depart. Are you prepared to carry the disagree that far?
If you have a lease agreement, and you are paying rent at that property NO it is not officially recognized. You should have access to EVERYTHING at that house if you are renting it from him/her.
