This is somewhat like the chicken or the egg question. However, this is one issue where advertising paid off where I am concerned. Probably 25 years ago at a local mall there was a blind taste promotion. At that time I was a die hard coke fan. After the blind test, for which I chose Pepsi a number of times I changed and have never looked back. About 7 years ago though, I gave up Pepsi for its empty calories and switched to tea. I suggest you do the same to lose weight if necessary and save your teeth from great decay. It was a pleasure responding to your simple but most important question.
