We hold found red worms surrounded by our precipitation sea reservoir. how do we find rid of them?

we are fully connected to the house but do have filter but we noticed them from the slap straight from the tank outside. They are roughly speaking 1/2 in contained by size but seem to enjoy a lot of babies. Were'nt in attendance 3 weeks ago

A surprisingly small amount of Clorox keeps the marine in the reservoir clean and critter free.
