I found it firm and comfortable and liked it over the other costlier ones. But it being so cheap I was begining to have doubts if it was really good. Anyone with back problems have any experience with it?
Also in general, how do foam mattresses compare with spring mattresses for back problems?

Two of our sons have them in loft beds, and they like them. It's been two years, and they are wearing well.

Avoid it like the plague. IKEA has such low quality items you will have nothing but problems. It is ok to buy there bed frames, but get a quality mattress for a quality night sleep!
