I own inorganic fertlizer consists of small ashy green ball but i am not sure if its ok to apply it to--?

my plants because i am still unaware of its autograph and uses since the pack is not labeled ,,
my worries are if i apply it to the jasmines and aloevera container (together) would it kill them or aid them get greener

I would toss them since you own no way of knowing what you hold. Fertilizer is not that expensive that you should take the fate. Get some new.
Do not use it fi you dont know what it is or for..some fertilizers are large in nitrogen..which various plants love..some are high surrounded by phospherous etc..different plants require different fertilizers
