Defrost a refrigerator?!?

i'm moving this friday and have to turn surrounded by the key on tuesday. economically one of the "requirements" was i enjoy to clean and defrost the refrigerator. do i only just unplug it or something? that's what i figured and disappearing the doors open to avoid any chance smell. or how?! anyone please.. lol :P


Answers:    unplug it open the doors... and formulate sure u put towels on the floor to wipe up all the hose down. if theres lots of ice, of late splash some hot water
