Your city may enjoy an ordinace law on loud music, & ect...ring up your local police and ask...if so, then you can stir to radio shack or somewhere like that, and ask them roughly a small machine that will journal decibles..if it goes above the goal?..She gets a ticket...and she could be fined big time...surrounded by my town in Texas?..I hold a friend across the street who had a problem beside a neighbor like that?..they put a stop to it when I go and bought that little gadget for them...the local officer knew going on for and parked where the neighbor would not see him and he stood near and watched the meter walk zip!...and they get a ticket and their third ticket?..The judge charged them1500.00 and they stopped that rubbish and this isn't apt. housing!...but, check the local law enforcement and ask them...they will report to you...Good Luck!
