Bugs in my kitchen...?

They are called Sewer Gnats and come up out of your pipes. Look all over for a sink or bath or even a drain in the basement. Make sure it has water in the trap. Then they can't get in. They are NASTY! I hate them. I have a bathroom that is being worked on and the water in the traps get low and then the bugs come in and buzz around your food and your stuff. Look at the bright side, It's not **** roaches! They are spawn of the Devil.

Sounds like Gnats, and yes they are frustrating. If you have any food sitting out, like bananas, etc., that will attract the nasty little buggars. So put your foods away and make sure you clean everything with regular kitchen counter cleaners.

They are fruit flies. They like sugar and liquids, especially sill water. You need to wipe everything down and not leave food or liquids out. Dry everything. They sell solutions on the internet that you mix with water. Put the solution down any drains and any infected areas with a spray bottle. Do this until they are gone. They breed quickly in liquids, so keep everything dry, no moisture.
