Pest on my Aubergine plant , HELP!!!?
They give it to us when it was flowering, it be really healthy & dazzling.
After few weeks it started with 1st 2 fruits=) for awhile it seem quickly growing. You can see the difference within size almost within 48hours.
Suddenly, when it be 10cm long & 2inch wide it stopped from growing. And it doesn't look clean. It has wilted leaves & i can see some White spot on the leaves.
I don't construe it's ready on the other hand cause I can still for a while trunk at the end. It supposed to be smooth & rounder. I search on the internet what it supposed to look like.
Anyway, my mother inlaw adviced us to nurture it with some plant-food. So my hub & I bought a tomato food( and it say on the label it can also use to aubergines etc.).
I watered it today (water it regularly) & I notice there are moderately few tiny white spots. I looked closer then it moves!!!! They look similar to a mite. I don't know what it is?

Answers: Sounds like white fly-- or a white mite--
whip it outside and spray it with water-- see if the white things walk somewhere else.....
Sometimes you need to formulate a solution of a bit of dish soap and water and spray respectively leaf-- then rinse stale with plain dampen.

You can also use Sevin. It is one of the safer pesticides, and have a very short life span.
