anyone have palazzetti pellet burning stove? need some advice on buying one, would appreciate any advice?

thinking of getting a stove that heats 6 radiators as well as water tank, have not met anyone who has personal experience of this and would appreciate some honest opinions of it. would like to know if it has worked out cheaper on fuel and if it actually does heat the house efficiently.

Pellet Stove

I think I like a normal wood stoves better, yet I do not know about the particular type of pellet stove you have in mind.

I had a pellet burning stove in a rental apartment. When working, it released great heat, but got clogged up frequently, too much work!

I personally felt too dependent on pellets; one cannot burn wood or anything else in such stove. I also was concerned about chemicals in the pellets to hold them together.

How about solar heat? Passive solar?

An outside wall can be painted black, and a greenhouse-like glass construction may be placed in front of the black wall. A hole in the upper black wall them may blow heat in the house.

I have seen water tanks painted black and placed behind glass. The sun heated up the water very well. You may want to get more information.
