Pantyhose works great or just use your finger.
I use Softscrub with bleach on a damp rag.
I swear by the Magic Eraser, not just for scuff marks on the floor, but almost EVERYTHING! I used to touch-up my walls with paint every year to hide all the marks, but now the Magic Eraser takes care of it all. My refrigerator door has a soft handle, and nothing cleans it like Magic Eraser.
